A 5-bedroomed 192 sq. m. luxury apartment close to the centre of beautiful village of Maria Alm. It overlooks the village centre and the church (which has the tallest spire of any in Salzburgerland), to the west; the Natrun mountain and ski runs to the south; the main car park and the Schossberg to the east and the magnificent Steinernen Meer to the north.
The apartment is whole of the second (roof) floor of the building and comprises two separate twin and three Austrian twin / double bedrooms. There is a large kitchen / dining room, a separate lounge with log fire, two bathrooms with showers over the baths and two separate toilets. There are balconies on all four sides giving superb views over the village, mountains and ski slopes.
All the facilities of the village are within walking distance. The lower ground floor of the building is the Billa supermarket, with a bakery opposite open seven days a week, so shopping could not be more convenient. The main village bus stop is next to the Billa, providing links to other parts of the ski area and down to Saalfelden and beyond.
In winter Maria Alm is a lively ski resort and in summer a tranquil village punctuated by lively festivals.

The apartment is centrally heated throughout, and kitchen facilities include a four ring electric cooker and oven, toaster, dishwasher, various coffee machines and a microwave cooker. It is fully equipped with pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses and there is ample room round the large dining table.
Three of the bedrooms have Austrian twin beds. These are two separate single mattresses and duvets in a double bed frame. The other two bedrooms have separate twin beds. The largest bedroom also has a sofa-bed making the room suitable as a small family room and there is another sofa-bed in the lounge.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
There are balconies an all four sides of the apartment, two of which are large enough to allow dining al fresco in the summer months.
Yes, There are free parking spots outside the Apartment.
Our apartment is available from 3pm on your arrival day. We kindly ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10am on your departure day.

Open from 2pm to 6pm on Sundays and public holidays in winter.
