These prices are based on a maximum of 10 people (including children) sharing , and all heating, water and electricity charges are included. The cleaning and laundry is in additional 150 euros, payable to the cleaner on receipt of the key.  There is also a  local Tourist Tax. This is €2.05 per adult (15 years old and older) per night and obviously depends on the number of people staying in the apartment. There are forms in the apartment that need to be filled in and we will pass them on. We will invoice the Tax to you together with the rent for the apartment and pay it to the local authority.
